R. G. College of Education, Lalganj, Vaishali is a Co-Educational Institution running with B. R. A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur & Bihar School Examination Board, Patna ( Bihar). Mananged and administered by Rahda Govind Trust, Lalganj, Vaishali a body duly registered by the Govt. of Bihar Charitable Trust Act. The college is recognised by National Council for Teaching Education (NCTE, ERC) Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. Govt. of India.
Radha Govind Trust since its inception has been taking interest in the field of education. As regards the training college its serious concern and efforts is to help the development of the whole persons as to be fully development human, Indian and completely modern.
Right education leads to liberation and real learning to excellence of wealth to preserve piece and maintain the progress in every sphere of life. Education play a very vital role and places where it is imported are the right seedbeds for culture & character along with the fate of the nation, because from there come out the statesmen, schools, patriots, scientists, philosopher and so on and determines the progress of the nation.
It was long cherissed deman of the local people to established a teacher training college in the region the create and linguistic heritage of the community by the proper use of hands, head and heart.

Our college aims at the integral fermotion of prospective teachers for the establishment of a just and human society. We visualise the overall development of would be teachers who will be the storehouse of knowledge and with this potential knowledge, they will have the unlimited abilities and capacities to spread the wisdom all around. Further, the college will be involved in preparing teachers who provides leadership, examplary educational and related services to improve the lives in a charging and complex global society.
