Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences was started during 2014 in 54 acres of land, in the premises of District Hospital at Gadag. The Institute is located near the Mallasamudra village on the way to Laxmeshwar from Gadag. The college building covers 51,000
The institute is fully equipped with Laboratories, Museums, Examination Hall, Auditorium, Lecture Halls, Central Library, Staff and the Teaching Faculty. Construction of the Gymnasium will be completed soon.
