School of Unani Medical Education and Research Or Faculty of Medicine (Unani) is a Private Unani Institution, located in New Delhi, India. This College was established in the year 1935. Earlier it was Known as Jamia Tibbia / Hamdard Tibbi College (Before the establishment of Jamia Hamdard in 1989 ). Affiliated to Jamia Hamdard University and Recognized by CCIM & Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi ; Govt. of India.

VISION :

The School endeavours to provide quality education at both undergraduate and Post-graduate levels and undertakes to conduct evidence-based research in Unani Medicine particularly related to the skin diseases and cosmetics, Ilaj-Bit-Tadabeer, lifestyle disorders Unani Jarahiyat with focus on non healing ulcers, promotion of health preservation through development of SOPs viz a viz Asbab-e-Sitta Zarooriya, evaluation of underline machanism of action of Unani Pharmaceuticals and to promote use and practice of Unani-tibb by encompassing a holistic and integrative approach towards healthcare and health education to meet societal education and healthcare needs of underprivileged Indian communities in particular.
