Midnapore Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (MHMC&H) is the second oldest running homeopathic institution in the world.
It was established on 3 December 1945. It is situated in Marty's land Midnapore Town of Paschim Medinipur, the historic district of West Bengal.
It has had an alumni association since 1995. Reunion day celebration happens usually on 4 December each year, the day after the institute's birthday.
The college is basically located on the banks of Kangsabati River of Midnapore, West Bengal.
Various popular personalities of high dignity and excellence in homoeopathy have been a part of this revolutionary institute which include Dr. B. K. Sarkar, gold medallist in Homoeopathy, Dr. D.N. Sinha, Dr. B.B. Saha and many more.
The major aim of this college is to create effective interest among the students in the science of Homoeopathy.
Boy Hostel: The college has a boy hostel facility which provides good accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel: The college has a girls hostel facility which provides good accommodation for the students.
