"The first medical college of the Govt of Arunachal Pradesh, the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences is the part of history of Arunachal Pradesh , being the first of its kind, state of art of 300 bed functional(To be increased to 500 bed with New Hospital Block-II), along with most modern equipment, for the investigation and management of the poor patient of Arunachal Pradesh who are spread, so many kms of states.To build an Educational Centre of Excellence in Teaching as well as Training, to render treatment at an affordable cost and to maintain standards, ethics and morale at a level the country maybe proud of."
