H.P. Govt. Dental College and Hospital Shimla are some of the reputed Govt. Dental Colleges in Himachal Pradesh. The college is popularly known as HPGDC Shimla and was founded in the year 1994.
The college is affiliated with the Himachal Pradesh University and is approved by the Dental Council of India, Govt. of India. The college was established with the objective of fortification the weakest section of the Nation.
College is very good but college has the only hostel for girls not for boys and doesn't have any auditorium.
They provide the students with practical clinical experience and state-of-the-art facilities to achieve this along with a variety of teaching and learning techniques to impart perfect skills to the students in various departments of the college.
