Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) is a Deemed to be University, located in Bhubneshwar (Orissa). Formerly It was known as SOA University (Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University). University got its Approval from UGC, PCI, INC, BCI & AICTE. The Campus is Spread Over 125 Acres of Land Area with a total built of area of 2,68,658 Square meters. University offers Various Programme in Different Field.

The Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan will be a leading institution of higher learning in its chosen areas of concentration, preparing future generations through quality teaching and innovative research and will emerge as a comprehensive and socially inclusive University in the country for professional advancements in related disciplines.
