One Punch MMA
We are a premier martial arts training centre where we teach six forms of martial arts- boxing, muay thai, brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, judo & wrestling.
To complement the MMA training, we also have a complete strength and
conditioning set up where you can develop strength and also do your endurance
and functional training with state of art equipments.
The entire MMA training is directed by Mr. Bala Shetty who is an
undisputed, undefeated eight times national Muay Thai champion and also the
national Muay Thai coach. He is also a black belt in judo & karate as
well as blue belt with two stripes in BJJ.
We are a one stop shop for total fitness.
