J R A Teacher's Training College is an Educational initiative of MMVS. The institute is ordained to bear the vision of Trust in the field of Education. The Society has a commitment for quality Education. The college is a development of the idea that the teacher education is the vital force for the educational development of the trust.

• Provide competency, commitment and performance based teacher training.
• Promote national values, social cohesion, international understanding and protection of human rights.
• Cultivate rational thinking and scientific temper among trainee teachers.
• Sensitize the trainee teachers about emerging issues such as environment, population, gender equality, legal literacy and ICT literacy.
• Develop managerial and organizational skills for an effective school professional.
