Sri Rajiv Gandhi College of Dental Sciences was established in the year 1991 and is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The College is recognized by the Dental Council of India as well as accredited by NAAC.
It offers full-time undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in dentistry, named Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) respectively.
BDS and MDS Specializations: Oral Medicine & Radiology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics, and Crown & Bridge, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Paedodontics & Preventive Dentistry, Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics, Periodontology, Oral Pathology, and Oral Microbiology.
Boy Hostel: The college has a boy hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
Girls Hostel: The college has a girls hostel facility which provides good hotel accommodation for the students.
Hostel: The College has a facility of hostel for both girls and boys. It has a capacity of 300 students and rooms are furnished with all basic facilities. In addition to this, indoor games facilities, prayer room, yoga room, etc. are also there in the hostel.
