Stairs Football Academy

STAIRS Football Academies has been conceptualized to fill in the gap – infrastructure, professional coaching, training facilities and platforms to showcase talent – that exists at the grassroots. The idea is simple: to create opportunities for young and enthusiastic footballers who wish to enjoy the game to its fullest potential and also wish to enter and thrive in professional circuits.

The training programmes of the Academy have been designed in layers that cater to all children, of mixed ability, for whom an interest in football is the only prerequisite.

Our professional coaches are trained and qualified by the All India Football Association (AIFF) or federations of equal stature. They use approved coaching methodologies to deliver a fun, structured, skill-based coaching curriculum, within a multicultural, co-ed, friendly, energetic and productive environment. Football is the maxim that underpins everything we do within our ‘fundamental programme’.

SFA ‘fundamental football’ programme has been designed to develop individual football skills whilst simultaneously encouraging positive peer interaction and teamwork, within a fun, safe and friendly environment. SFA coaches understand the enjoyment and rewards that football can bring and are committed to passing this feeling on, to inspire and motivate the next generation.

Team SFA believes that it is never too early to start playing and learning about football. The formative years of a child’s life are key when it comes to establishing a solid foundation for football proficiency. At the same time, SFA recognizes the need for kids to be kids and have fun when they are playing so that the love and passion for the game stays and grow steadily.
