Chess Academy is an affiliated Chess Academy of All Assam Chess Association.
The Academy already produced a number of international rated players.
Guwahati Chess Academy players get selected to represent Assam in National
Chess Championship. Also a three member team of Guwahati Chess Academy
participated in Commonwealth Chess
Championship 2017 organized by The All India Chess Federation on behalf of
FIDE and Commonwealth Chess Association at New Delhi, India from 02nd July to
10th July 2017. Pran Govinda Parasar
Kashyap, Navoneel Choudhury and Aslesha Talukdar will participated in this
tournament as special entry representing India in under-10 category.
