About Bhilai - Known famously as "Steel City of Central India" Bhilai is home to famous Bhilai Steel Plant which is one of the profits making unit of Steel Authority of India Limited. The city is also called ‘Industrial Cubo’ due to the presence of numerous industries in and around the region. It is also known for its great culture, an eclectic mix of people from different nooks and corners of India. Famous for its lush green atmosphere and a chain of temples, historical relics and structures as well as traditional hubs, it is a major travel destination in central India. The rapidly developing industrial, -educational and commercial hub, Bhilai has won the Prime Minister's Trophy ten times for being the second best planned township in India.

Established on 9th June’ 2020 under Act The Chhattisgarh Private University (Establishment and Operation) Act,2005 (No. 13 of 2005), vide Amendment act 2020

The faculty member have vast experiences in educational institutions and the education Industry. The Central Library has a collection of over 79,000+ books and also offers Digital content through membership of DELNET, National Digital Library and NPTEL. Various magazines and journals are available for the use of the faculty and students.

Infrastructure consists of Student Hostel facilities, Green Acres, Canteen, Food Mess, Gymnasium, Fully Wi-Fi Campus, ATM, Mini Market, Student hangout Areas, Sports Complex, Re-creation Halls with Indoor Games and Music and recreation activities.

Industry Orientation and Leadership - Industry interaction is an integral part of the curriculum and Industrial visits, internships on live projects and mentoring by the Industry leaders are regular features .Shri Shankaracharya Group of Institution is committed to provide placements to students who are opting for it, our training and placement cell is creating industry connects for corporate talks where the professionals may come and share their real time experiences so that students get a better exposure on current industry trends and requirements. We also provide hand on trainings to prepare the students as per industry requirements. In future the University tends to create MOU’s With top industries to bridge the gap between student quality and current industry needs

The University is planning to start NCC, NSS and Various other clubs and societies offer opportunities to students to showcase their talent and learn under the guidance of experts.
