ABOUT US
Government Engineering College Khagaria was opened by Govt. of Bihar under Seven Nischay. Each district of Bihar has one Government Engineering College to impart education to everyone.
GEC Khagaria was established in 2019 under the Science, Technology, and Technical Education Department (formerly the Department of Science & Technology). It is affiliated to Bihar Engineering University, Patna. It offers a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) undergraduate program with the following seat allocations: Civil Engineering – 120, Mechanical Engineering – 60, Electrical Engineering – 60, Computer Science Engineering (IoT) – 60, and Computer Science Engineering (AI & ML) – 60. Presently, the college is running on a permanent campus in Raun, Alauli, Khagaria.
