College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (CVSAH), Anjora

College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (CVSAH) is a Government College, Located in Anjora (Chhattisgarh). This College was Established in the year 1985 under the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Now, It is a Part of Dau Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya ( Since 2012). This college becomes the only Veterinary College of the state when the present State of Chhattisgarh was carved out of Madhya Pradesh in the year 2000. Affiliated to Dau Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya and Approved by VCI, Govt. of India.

Objectives :

* To impart modern education in Veterinary & Animal Sciences.

* To promote and strengthen research programmes in Veterinary and Animal Sciences for safeguarding the animal health and improve livestock productivity.

* To undertake effective transfer of technology to pass on the benefits of research to the line departments , farmers and entrepreneurs for adoption through extension education.
