AT A GLANCE OF Apex Professional University (APU)
Apex Professional University was came into existence in 2013. It is a State private university situated at the Pasighat, District East Siang in Arunachal Pradesh. University is recognized by University Grants Commission under the section of 2(f) of UGC act 1956. It was established by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and Apex Foundation as a non-profit university under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Scheme. For Registration of Private Students university has take consent of the Distance Education Bureau (DEB). With the help of real time working environment University has Community College Scheme. To provide proper training for employability of the youth Community College will focus on skill development programs.
Apex Professional University is empowered to award degrees specified by University Grants Commision (UGC) under section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. APU is a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi and also approved by regulatory bodies like Council of Architecture (CoA), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE)
