Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) HILSA have been set up under the Craftsmen Training Scheme with an objective to ensure a steady flow of skilled personnel to the public and private sectors, and to reduce unemployment amongst the educated youth by quipping them with the required skills, education and discipline.
ASSOCIATION WITH INDUSTRY
The Government ITI ) HILSA is upgraded in the State are upgraded into through Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode with TATA MOTORS LIMITED for producing multi-skilled workforce of international standards and there is active involvement of industry executives as members of Institute Management Committees (IMC).
