Chaudhry Charan Singh college was established in 1978.CCS college is permanent affiliated to veer kumwar singh university Ara & goverment of Bihar.It offers graduate courses in Science,Arts,Humanitics and Commerce.
It is recognized by UGC Act 2(f) &12(b) New Delhi. Choudhary Charan Singh College established by the then Prime Minister of India ch. Charan Singh ji has been permanently affiliated to Government of Bihar on 30th June 2011. On 21st December 2011, the college achieved recognition under section 2(f) & 12(B) of the UGC Act,1956. At a distance of 1.5 km from Rajpur Chowk (situated on Rajpur-Nasriganj Road) CCS College for graduate students, and, at a distance of 0.5 km from Rajpur Chowk (situated on Rajpur-Nokha road) CCS College for Intermediate students, has been established on more than 10 acres of land with facilities like mini football stadium, Auditorium (800+ seating capacity), well maintained class rooms, Air Conditioned Computer Lab, Herbal Park, and many more basic amenities. The mission of the institution strives to be to achieve and accomplish vision with selfless commitment and devotion.
