BEL Selection Process
The selection process for the various posts will be done through a written test (objective type questions in the respective disciplines) followed by an interview. The interview will commence on the same day and may extend to the next day also. Candidates are required to make their own arrangements for the stay if required.
Age Limit
The age limit for each notified position is different and it is mentioned in the notification. The maximum age limit for the junior entry-level positions is twenty-five years and for senior positions is 28 years.
Important Guidelines for BEL Recruitment
Some important guidelines for all the candidates applying for the BEL Recruitment process are as follows. The details of each phase are given below-
1. Candidates, who are employed in public sector undertakings will have to produce No Objection Certificates at the time of interview.
2. Candidates presently working with government organizations/ PSUs as well as internal candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience. The candidate should indicate their organization depicting their position to the company.
3. Candidates have to produce all the original certificates along with two passport photographs. They have to submit a copy of their educational/ caste/ experience certificates at the time of the selection process.
4. Candidates called for interviews will be paid for their fares on the production of actual bills.
5. BEL reserves the right to disqualify any candidate at any stage of BEL Recruitment process.
