Bachelor of Audio & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) is a three-year course. This program deals with studying the science of the normal and abnormal auditory and speech-language systems. In addition, students are trained in the identification and differential diagnosis of auditory and speech-language disorders.

Speech and Language Pathology deals with the differential aspects of voice, speech, language, and swallowing. Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Audio & Speech Language Pathology (BASLP)
1. A class 12 passes out in the science stream with central, state or a recognised board in India.
2. A minimum of 55% aggregate in class 12 or equivalent exam.
3. In the case where Grade points are not awarded only marks are awarded, the candidate must have secured at least 60% marks for the General/OBC/UPS category and 50% marks for SC/ST/DAC category.

1. Colleges publish notice of admission on their website from a period of June when most Indian universities would have finished degree exams.
2. Candidate to apply for each college, as each college considers each mark as the cut-off mark.
3. Some private colleges and deemed universities perform their counselling process by conducting their university-level entrance exams.
4. There are a variety of exams conducted for admission to colleges providing this course- IPU CET, NEET, JAM, etc.
5. Candidates who qualify for the test are called for an interview before the final seat allotment.
