The Railway Recruitment Board has released the provisional answer key for the RRB Junior Engineer (JE) CBT 1 exam on March 5, 2026. Candidates who took the computer-based test can now view and download the answer key from the official website https://rrb.digialm.com/ or from their regional RRB websites.
The RRB JE CBT 1 exam was conducted on February 19, 20, and 25, 2026 in different shifts at various exam centres across India. After the answer key release, candidates can compare the official answers with the responses they marked during the exam. This will help them understand how many questions they answered correctly and estimate their possible score.
If candidates notice any mistake in the answer key, they can challenge it by submitting an objection. To raise an objection, they must pay ₹50 for each question. The last date to submit objections is March 11, 2026, till 11:59 PM. The board will review all objections, and if any are found correct, a final answer key will be released.
Steps to download RRB JE CBT 1 answer key 2026
This recruitment drive will fill 2,585 posts in different engineering fields such as civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
The exam results are likely to be announced in the fourth week of March 2026 along with the cut-off marks for each region. Candidates who pass CBT 1 will move to the next stage of the selection process, which is the CBT 2 examination.
