The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2026 results were announced on February 12, 2026, by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha. Candidates who took the written test held on December 17 can check their results on the official website, https://bseodisha.nic.in/
Candidates need to use their roll number and registered mobile number to view and download their scorecard from the official portal. This step is necessary for all candidates who appeared in the exam this session.
In 2025, 75,403 candidates registered for both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Of these, 72,413 candidates qualified at least one paper, while 48,153 cleared both papers. The overall pass percentage was 66.50%.
Paper 1 had 29,004 registered candidates, with 27,533 actually appearing for the test. Out of those, 12,988 candidates qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 47.17%.
Paper 2 saw 46,399 registrations and 44,880 candidates appeared. Of these, 35,165 candidates qualified, with a pass percentage of 78.35%.
Qualified candidates can download their OTET qualifying certificates from the official website by paying the required fee. This facility is available from 4 pm on February 12, 2026, until hard copies are issued by the board.
Candidates who did not qualify can access and download their Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) answer sheets from the same website. This option is open until February 18, 2026.
