NEET counselling 2021 registration round one link will be provided at the official website - mcc.nic.in. Counselling will be conducted in two rounds followed by a mop-up round. Mop-up round counselling is only conducted for vacant seats left in Deemed/Central Universities and ESIC college admissions.
Supreme Court on Sept 29, 2021, has passed an order regarding the participation of OCI candidates in the counselling process. They want the Ministry of Home Affairs to treat them equivalent to Non-Resident Indians(NRIs) for the purpose of college admissions. Students need to pay their NEET 2021 counselling registration fee online mode.

Registration for NEET 2021 Counselling
Step 1: Visit the official website of MCC and click on ‘New Registration’.
Step 2: Choice Filling/ Choice Locking
Step 3: Seat Allotment for NEET counselling Mop Up Round.
Step 4: Result Publication
Step 5: Reporting at the Allotted Medical/ Dental College
Step 6: List of ten times (of the registered candidates) of a number of Stray vacancies to be sent to Deemed / Central Universities to be exhausted strictly in order of merit.
Step 7: Final Stray Vacancy Round to be conducted by Deemed/ Central Universities (There will be no Fresh Registration of candidates in Final Stray Vacancy Round)

NEET 2021 counselling scheme for AIQ
Through NEET counselling, around 20,089 seats will be filled under 15% of All India Quota (AIQ), all deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER colleges. Further, the ministry releases a list of qualified candidates under the All India Quota excluding candidates from Jammu and Kashmir to take part in 15% AIQ Counselling.

Delhi University (LHMC, UCMS, MAMC):- We all know that 15% of Seats will be contributed to AIQ. The 85% institutional quota seats will only be for those candidates who have studied 11th & 12th grade in Delhi.
Aligarh Muslim University (AMU):- The university will give 50% Institutional reservation to the candidates who have studied in their school in the last three years and 50% to other candidates who have qualified NEET.
BHU:- All the candidates are eligible to take admission in BHU after qualifying NEET.
Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi: There will be an internal quota of 3 seats in BDS for those students who have passed class 10 or 12 from their school. The remaining 47 BDS seats will be open to all.

Candidates with a minimum of 50th percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC) and 45th percentile for general-physically handicapped) in NEET will be considered qualified in the exam.
