The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee is all set to begin the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025. Candidates can submit the application form through the official portal, gate2025.iitr.ac.in, starting from August 24.
The last day to register for GATE 2025 without a late fee is September 26 and with a late fee is October 7. GATE 2025 will be conducted from February 1 to 16, 2025.
The GATE Exam 2025 fee for Females/SC/ST and PwD candidates is Rs 900 while for other candidates, including foreign nationals, the fee is Rs 1,800. Females/SC/ST and PwD candidates depositing the application fee after the due date need to pay Rs 1,400, while other applicants need to pay Rs 2,300.
How to Register GATE 2025:
Step 1: Head to the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the GATE 2025 registration link.
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page asking for your details.
Step 4: Fill in all the information carefully and create a User ID and Password.
Step 5: Log in to your account.
Step 6: Fill in the GATE 2025 Registration Form and upload all the required documents.
Step 7: Pay the application fee and click on Submit.
Step 8: Download the page and take a printout of it for future reference.
