Delhi University (DU) has updated the eligibility criteria for BA (Hons) English admissions through CUET UG 2025. Aspiring students must now take the English paper in CUET 2025 along with any three subjects from ‘List B’ which includes domain-specific subjects. This change is reflected in the DU admission brochure for the 2025 academic session.
The highest CUET score from either combination will determine the final merit list. The updated eligibility criteria are available on the CSAS portal at admission.uod.ac.in.
List A includes 14 language subjects, such as English, Hindi, and Bengali. List B contains 22 domain-specific subjects, including Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. However, five subjects, including Legal Studies and Engineering Graphics, have been removed from List B.
