NEET UG exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency ie NTA for admission to medical college. Now major changes are being made regarding the NEET UG exam. It is reported that the "National Board Of Examinations In Medical Sciences" (NBEMS) will conduct the NEET UG exam in the next session year 2024. In this regard, advice is being sought from the officers and experts of the concerned department.
Now the responsibility of conducting the NEET UG exam can also be given to NBEMS. However, the final decision on this has to be taken by the Education and Health Department of the Central Government. If it is agreed upon, then NBE will conduct the NEET UG exam also. If media reports are to be believed, along with experts, students are also in favour of this change.
There will be no change in the NEET UG exam pattern
In the statement given by NTA to the media, it was told that there will be no change in the pattern of the NEET UG exam. Along with that the suggestion given by the government will be followed by NTA.
