The Bangalore University has decided to postpone all Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Engineering Examinations, which were scheduled to be held from 19 April 2021.
The University exams have been postponed indefinitely due to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier, the exams were scheduled to take place from 07 April 2021 and then were rescheduled to 19 April 2021 due to the indefinite strike by the State Transport Corporation workers.
The Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister CN Ashwath Narayan, who also holds the Higher Education Portfolio, had earlier assured the students that the University examinations would be conducted as per the schedule and the new session will begin as soon as the examinations get over.
