Manipal University is a prestigious institute of education and research in India. The University is located in the Manipal town in Karnataka which is closely located near the Udupi town.

Initially, the institute was formed as Manipal Institute of Technology, but later in 1993, the Institute was awarded the University status with the then name of Manipal Academy of Higher Education. The name was later rebranded to Manipal University.

Eligibility Criteria for MAHE

Manipal University offers various UG and PG courses for candidates appearing for MET 2023. Candidates can go through the below-mentioned eligibility criteria to now the eligibility requirements for MET 2023

1. Candidates must have cleared 10+2 exams in Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects from a recognised Board. Candidates also have taken anyone of the following optional subjects, i.e. Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology or any technical vocational.

2. Candidates must have secured 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics and any one of the optional subjects in class 12 or A level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent.

3. There is no age limit to apply for the exam.

4. Only Indian candidates are eligible to apply for MET 2023.

How to fill MET Application Form 2023?

1. The Manipal Application Form 2023 is released at manipal.edu.

2. Students should fill name, email id, mobile number, educational qualifications and documents carefully in the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), also called as Manipal University application form.

3. Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), also called as Manipal University invites applications from interested students on a yearly basis.

4. Candidates should check manipal.edu regularly to check updates such as results, merit lists, cut off, and exam dates after submitting the application form.

Application Fee MAHEMET 2023

Mode of Payment: The fee can be paid via the below-mentioned modes.

1. Online Payment: The candidate can do the payment by using a Credit card/Debit card or Net Banking.

2. Offline Payment: The candidate can pay the fee by using a Demand Draft (DD) which was issued in the favour of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, payable at Manipal or Udupi.

3. Application fee is INR 600 and for the entrance test, it is INR 1400.

MAHE MET 2023 Admit Card

The MAHE MET admit card 2023 will be released online. All the candidates must log in with the User ID and Password to download the admit card. The admit card will be issued only for those candidates who filled out their application form properly and paid the application form fee. All the candidates must carry a hard copy of the admit card to the examination hall otherwise the candidate will not be able to exam.

MET Exam Pattern 2023

1. MET will be in English medium.

2. Questions will be objective in nature i.e. multiple choice questions (MCQ type) and NAT. Candidate must choose the right or closest to the right answer from among the choices given.

3. 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. for MCQ and 0 for NAT.

4. Each question carries 4 marks and the right answer will be awarded 4 marks.

MET 2023 Result

The controller of Examinations of MAHE will publish the Results of MET 2023 on their website. It is suggested to keep the printouts of the result for the Counselling & admission process.
