GNTST and PNST are state-level entrance examinations conducted by the State government that offer admissions to aspiring candidates into different General Nursing and B.Sc Nursing courses. This exam is only for female candidates. Female candidates can only apply for this exam. The selected candidates will get admission to Govt. Nursing Colleges.

MP GNTST PNST (Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board) (MPPEB) has conducted the General Nursing Training Selection Test (GNTST) and Pre-Nursing Selection Test PNST (B.Sc Nursing) for candidates selecting the eligible Prospective Nurse posts. The exam is directed to serve admission to the Applicants into different nursing institutes situated in the state of MP (Madhya Pradesh) which serve courses in nursing care.

Eligibility Criteria for MP GNTST PNST 2023

The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) has uploaded the MP GNTST PNST eligibility criteria in the official notification. The interested candidates must check the MP GNTST PNST eligibility criteria to know if they stand a chance at selection or not.

1. Nationality: The applicant must be a citizen of India as well as a native of Madhya Pradesh.

2. FOR GNTST - For this test, candidates must be qualified in Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their subjects with a minimum 45% of marks for Unreserved and 40% marks for reserved category candidates.

3. FOR PNST - For this test, candidates must be qualified in Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and also English Language as their subjects with a minimum 45% of marks for Unreserved and 40% marks for reserved category candidates.

4. The board has decided on the upper and the lower age limit for the candidates. Only the candidates between the range of upper and lower ages can apply for the MP GNTST PNST exam. According to the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, the upper age limit is 28 years and the lower age limit is 17 years.

5. There is no restriction on the number of attempts that a candidate has to clear the exam. A candidate can appear for the exam as many times as he wants as long as he is within the age limit of the eligibility criteria.

Admission Process

1. Those, who have finished higher secondary education from a school affiliated with the applicable/recognized board of secondary school education, can able to apply for admission and appear in the entrance exam.

2. The candidate should have a maximum age of 27 years and a minimum age limit of 17 years. Age relaxations will be applicable as per Govt norms for SC/ST candidates.

3. A certificate will be required from the candidate on the prescribed form issued by District Collector for the same.

How to Application Form for MP GNTST & PNST 2023

1. The application process for MP GNTST and PNT exam will commence in the 1st week of May 2023.

2. The dates for submitting the MP GNTST & PNST 2023 Application Form and the last date of the submission will be announced on the official website.

3. Applicants must fill out the application forms before the due dates. For those who submitted after the due date, the application will be canceled those applicants.

4. After filling the online MP GNTST & PNST 2023 Application Form with the required details applicants also have to upload their scanned image of the recent photograph with the signature and the left thumb impression.

5. Applicant must keep the printout of the filled application for future use.

Application Fee

1. Gen/ OBC Category applicants will have to pay Rs.500/-

2. Reserved Category Applicants will have to pay Rs.250/-

3. The candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form for future references.

Exam Pattern

The MPPEB announced the paper pattern for GNTST General Nursing Training Selection Test and PNST Pre-Nursing Selection Test (B.sc Nursing) going to be conducted in Madhya Pradesh.

MP GNTST PNST Admit Card 2023

1. Downloading of admit cards will activate on the official website for the eligible applicants.

2. Candidates need to download the admit card from the official website to attend the B.Sc Nursing and Staff Nurse examination.

3. Without having the print of MP Vyapam GNTST PNST Admit Card 2023, candidates cannot attempt the online mode.

MP GNTST PNST Result 2023

After the completion of the online examination schedule, candidates could check the exam result from the web portal. Because MP Vyapam will available the GNTST PNST Result Cut Off 2023 on the website for qualified candidates.

MP GNTST PNST Counselling 2023

The counselling schedule will start in the month of July for the candidates. At that time, candidates will get information about the number of seats available for the nursing programmes. So candidates are requested to appear for the GNTST PNST Counselling to get admission to the courses.
