Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is a computer-based online test for Admission to Integrated First Degree Programmes of BITS Pilani Campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. BITS Pilani has 3 campuses in India.
The main Pilani Campus, BITS has campuses in Goa and Hyderabad. Apart from these three cities, BITS Pilani is also planning to operate in different cities. Undergraduate programs will be offered in all 3 campuses on the basis of scores in BITSAT. Besides, BITS Pilani also offers several postgraduate and other programs.

Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT
The authorities will release the eligibility criteria of BITSAT 2024 along with the official brochure.
1. Candidate should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board.
2. Candidate should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination in 2023 or in 2024.
3. Admissions will be made purely on a merit basis. The merit position of the candidate for admission is based on the score obtained by the candidate in the BITSAT 2024.
4. Minimum 75% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
5. Candidates already studying at any of the BITS campuses are not eligible to appear for BITSAT 2023.
BITSAT 2024 Application Process
1. In the first step of Registration, aspirants have to register themselves by providing a valid email id and mobile number. The same will be used by the BITS Pilani for any exam-related communications.
2. After successful registration, candidates need to enter their personal, communication and academic details in the online BITSAT 2024 application form. Candidates also have to select three exam centers, in the order of their preference.
3. In the next step, candidates have to upload scanned images of photographs and signatures in the prescribed format.
4. After entering all the details and uploading the documents, students need to pay the BITSAT 2024 application fee online using net banking, credit, or debit cards.
5. After fee payment, students need to submit their application form. They must check all the details and documents before final submission.
6. Candidates should take the printout of the filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

BITSAT Exam Pattern
1. The examination will be the Computer Based Online Test.
2. The question paper will be consist of a total of 150 questions.
3. There will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) in the examination.
4. The medium of examination will be the English language only.
5. The question paper will be divided into 4 parts.
6. Total of 3 hours will be allotted to the candidates for solving the question paper.
7. Each correct answer will consist of 3 marks and 1 mark will be deducted on every wrong response.

BITSAT Admit Card
1. Candidates can download the hall ticket for the admission test by visiting the official website of the BITSAT 2024.
2. The admit card should be printed out and kept safe for future purposes.
3. It is compulsory for the applicants to bring the hall ticket to the exam hall without which they won’t be allowed to take the test.
BITSAT Result
The result will be displayed right after the exam. Candidates can check the number of questions they have marked right or wrong on the computer screen.
The test scores will be made available on the official website of the BITSAT 2024 i.e. www.bitsadmission.com the next day of the exam.
After qualifying for the test, students will have to provide their details for admission.
