Eligibility Criteria for Airforce
1. Airmen are typically those holding lower educational qualifications in the ranks of the IAF and Officers are those with higher qualifications. The eligibility criteria for airmen and officers vary accordingly.
2. After finishing Class 12 in the Science stream with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects. This only option is the “NDA & NA” exam.
3. Apart from your trade category, basic combatant training is imparted to all the recruits, which includes basic discipline, manners, educational training, weapon training etc.
4. The officer cadre provides opportunities for men having 10+2 (Intermediate), graduate, engineering and postgraduate degrees, in their three different branches.
