The objective of The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. Through the AIBE exam, BCI tests a candidate's legal knowledge and aptitude, conceptual clarity, and decision-making skills. With the major change in the AIBE exam pattern (that the law exam is no more an open-book test), it has become even more difficult for candidates to clear the national-level law exam.
