AGRICET

AGRICET 2024 is usually referred to as the Agriculture Common Entrance Test. AGRICET is conducted once a year within the month of July 2024. Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University is the conducting authority to arrange and manage the entrance test once a year for the candidates.

Applicants are going to be able to get the application form within the month of June 2024. With the assistance of the entrance test qualified candidates get a chance to urge admission to Bachelor’s degree courses in the field of agriculture and seed technology offered within the Acharya N. AGRICET 2024 Important Dates

Agriculture Common Entrance Test is a state-level exam for 4 years of honours in bachelor's degree courses for candidates in the field of Agriculture and Seed Technology. It is conducted in offline/ traditional mode for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Eligibility for AGRICET 2024

Qualification

The Candidates should have passed a two-year Diploma in Agriculture/Seed Technology from ANGRAU/PJTSAU. (those who are going to complete the diploma requirements in the academic year can also apply for this CET).

Age Limit

The candidates shall be required to have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission with an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of S.C, S.T and 27 years in respect of PH candidates.

AGRICET 2024 Application Form

1. After registration, candidates have to fill up an application form with the correct information.

2. The candidate can download the application form only via online mode only.

3. List of Certificates with Application Form:

Date of Birth certificate

Aadhar number

Diploma/course completion certificate

Caste certificate for SC/ST applicants

Proof of local status (last seven years)

4. Once the Application form has been duly filled in all its aspects, it has to be submitted along with two self-addressed envelopes along with Rs. 5/- postal stamp below the mentioned address either in person or by post.

5. Registration Fee

A candidate must pay INR 500/- in the case of the General Category and INR 250/- in the case of SC/ST/physically disabled before the last date of submission of the application form. Candidates paying after the last date of submission of the application form must pay INR 1000/- in the case of General and INR 500/- in the case of SC/ST/physically disabled.

Note: If a candidate fails to send copies of the above-mentioned documents along with the hard copy of the application form then they will not be eligible for the counselling process.

AGRICET Admit Card 2024

AGRICET Admit Card 2024 will be released in August 2024 tentatively by the Acharya N.G Ranga Agricultural University. AGRICET 2024 is a state-level examination to offer admission to BSc. Hons, MSc, Diploma, and Ph.D. in the field of Seed Technology, Agriculture, and Organic Farming.

AGRICET 2024 Exam Pattern

The exam is conducted by Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University for 1 hour 30 minutes and is usually conducted during the first half of the day in which, the candidates must answer 120 questions carrying one mark each.
