The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the full exam timetable for the CTET February 2026 exam and has also changed the exam dates and pattern. This decision was taken because a large number of candidates have registered for the exam.
Earlier, the CTET exam was planned for February 8, 2026. Now, the 21st CTET exam will be held on two days - February 7 and February 8, 2026. CBSE said this change will help exam centres across the country manage the exam smoothly.
The CTET February 2026 exam will be conducted in two shifts on both days. It will include Paper I and Paper II. The exam will take place in 140 cities across India.
Candidates should carefully check their admit cards for important details like exam date, paper, shift time, and reporting instructions. All candidates must reach their exam centre at least one hour before the exam starts. Entry will not be allowed after the exam begins.
