Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT)
1. Students who have completed their 10 +2 education with science as their major subject are eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy course.
2. The candidate should have pursued the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects. A Minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent at the 10+2 level is mandatory for admission.
3. Some universities in India conduct an entrance test for admitting students for the BPT course.
Admission Process
1. Some colleges hold their entrance tests, while others accept state or national exams.
2. Some of these entrance examinations are CET, JIPMER all India entrance test, Guru Govind Indraprastha University Physiotherapy entrance exam, etc.
3. Some institutions choose students based on their achievement in the Class 12 exams. Some institutes conduct interviews and group discussions as part of the BPT admissions process.
4. Selected candidates have to report to the college/university/institute and complete the admission process, which includes, document verification and fee payment.

After completing the BPT candidates gain a professional degree in Physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is awareness and the effectiveness of mostly Drug-Free therapy has increased job availability in this field.
